Puffy Eye Procedure: Blepharoplasty

Puffy eye problems are caused by the layer of elastic tissue under the eyes becoming thin as we age and then fat protrudes forward in the form of bags. The main reason puffy eye problems come about with age is due to muscles and ligaments losing their elasticity over time.
